1. Digital Products & Online Programs

All digital content, including courses, webinars, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. This is because you receive full value instantly upon purchase.

However, if you experience any technical issues that prevent access, please contact us within 3 days of purchase, and we’ll gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

2. Event Tickets / Live Workshops

If you are unable to attend a live event or workshop that you registered for:

• You may reschedule for a future session of the same event, provided you notify us at least 7 days in advance.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

3. Personal & Business Coaching Programs

Due to the customized nature of personal coaching and business mentorship:

• All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24-hour notice.
• Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.

4. Program Transfers

If you’re unable to attend a program you’ve enrolled in, you may request a one-time transfer to another program of equal or lesser value within 30 days, subject to availability and management approval.
